Guarantee and Policies

At Kimberly-Scott Creations we guarantee to source only the finest quality materials from the most ethical sources. We use the finest craftsmen both in house and from our world renown designers.

All Items purchased from Kimberly-Scott Creations have a limited lifetime guarantee. If your item fails based on a manufacturing defect we will repair or replace your item free of charge. The maximum coverage for the warranty is $5000 at current retail. The warranty does not cover loss of item or damage due to unusual wear and tear. Estate Jewelry is excluded from this warranty.

We respectfully request you bring your jewelry in every 6 months for a complimentary cleaning and inspection. We are also happy to clean and inspect your other jewelry regardless of where it was purchased.

On all bridal purchases and purchases of Sapphire, Ruby, Emerald, or Diamond fashion items we will provide all routine maintenance free of charge for the first five years. This includes prong tightening, resizing, rhodium finish on white gold and stone replacement providing there is no unusual use or abuse. Resizing of alternative metal bands will incur a $45 shipping charge

All items come with a 15-day return privilege and 30-day exchange. All custom designs and special orders are excluded.
